These terms are written to protect both the artist and commissioner, and to ensure smooth communication and fair expectations. By commissioning me, you automatically agree to these terms.

I reserve the right to decline any commission request without the need to provide a reason.

✤ No AI, blockchain, or derivative work off of mine.

Derivative work based on mine requires proper credit AND compensation and is strictly not allowed unless I am asked first and my permission is given.

✤ I am NOT a character designer.

Unfinished designs or ones that require alteration will require PRECISE descriptions with images and reference, and will cost 50% extra.
Complicated character designs cost 50% extra.

✤ Expect the finished product within 1 week of my starting work on it.

I will expect a 20-50% upfront payment unless you are a trusted/verified buyer/seller.

✤ The first 4(+) revisions are free.

Any more revisions will result in a 5% price increase per revision.
Don’t worry though! Ones I deem as minor revisions (E.g., adjusting iris position, moving a joint a little, etc.) won’t count.

✤ NO POLITICS.
